To celebrate Education Week this year, the TDSB Arts Department launched a campaign called A Million Acts of Create to highlight student success and achievement in the arts. Each day, the students at Clairlea engaged in a short arts related activity as a whole school.

On Monday, students listened to a selection of Vivaldi's Four Seasons and created pictures of spring.
On Tuesday, students listened to a short story and wrote their own endings.
On Wednesday, students created speed drawings of modes of transportation using various drawing tools.
On Thursday, students listened to a poem about friendship and created a tableaux.
On Friday, students explored the elements of dance by creating dance phrases based on air and fire words.
