On February 26th, several students in grade 7 & 8 attended a conference at OISE at the University of Toronto. Sponsored by the Elementary Teachers of Toronto, this conference celebrated African Heritage and students participated in a variety of workshops including drumming, hip hop, african art and sports culture.
